Return Requests

Would you like to return a product? Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to info@daisyjames.nl, including your order number, reason for return, and, if applicable, a photo of the product.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Custom-made products and specially produced wallcoverings cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or transport damage.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or if the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
